Advised I needed over three thousand dollars worth of electrical works on meter - an honest electrician told me this was incorrect - subsequently panels installed without drama! Booking in guy, exceptionally rude, to the point I advised I would not, under any circumstances have any more conversations with him, I asked a question, which he did not like, then offered to refund my deposit, every subsequent conversation he was insisting I accept my deposit back.Lots of other things too, my time is precious so I'm limiting to the salient points.
Took well over twelve months to get sorted, which was partly my fault, however, many months before installation took place, there was an installation guy close by who could have come and inspected my roof, this was communicated to Sunboost, but this did not occur, (I live in a remote area), then on the day of installation, I receive a call asking for $400 more!!! I have paid in full, no credit, then they want more.Reason for additional $400??? My roof is too small! In reality, the space taken by the panels has covered perhaps half of my roof space. My certificates/warranties will not be issued until paid.The installation guys were lovely.
